Refund policy
All products are final sale once they leave the bakery. This is because of food-safe regulations.
Make sure to find out before buying if the ingredients are suitable for any restrictions to your diet. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions that you have to help us with your purchase.
Online orders:
Please make sure before you checkout that everything in your cart is what you want to order. If you have made a mistake with your cart please contact us right away so we can fix it.
Once an order is picked up all products are final sale. Please check your order is correct before leaving the bakery.
Delivery:
If an incorrect item has been delivered to you please contact us right away and will do our best to correct the situation.
Store Credit:
If an item is unsatisfactory due to an error on our part (ie: not fully cooked, bread with large holes, etc), contact us within 48 hours and we will offer a full credit or exchange for a similar product upon return of the faulty item. You must return the item (at least the majority of the item) to receive full store credit OR send us a photo of said product.
If you are unable to return your items to the bakery in a reasonable amount of time, please freeze them until you bring them or send us a picture of the faulty items to our email
We do not accept returns of properly made items that are unsatisfactory due to your personal taste preference.
