ABOUT TRACY. Lemonade Gluten Free is the brainchild of head pastry chef, Tracy Kadonoff. We can tell you all about Tracy's award winning pastry past, which includes studies at the Baking and Pastry Arts program in Vancouver, more studies in Paris at the prestigious Ecole Lenotre and further honing at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley (she really knows how to pick her spots). We can also tell you that she held a sixteen year long, award winning stint at one of Vancouver's premier pastry shops.

But what you really want to know is can this girl bake? Well yes...Yes she can.

WHY GLUTEN FREE? Well, there's a pretty simple answer to that. After close to twenty years working with gluten based flours, Tracy developed a gluten intolerance and can no longer eat or work around gluten. I know. Bummer right? Seeking out alternative breads and pastries to include in her new diet, she was extremely disappointed in the available products on the market and her "gluten free baking lab" was born. Soon afterwards, friends, family and neighbors started begging for Tracy's unusually delicious goods and the idea for Lemonade was born.

SO WHY LEMONADE? A pastry chef with a gluten allergy?  When life hands you lemons...
